Right now, you're the system.
Let's fix that.
We use AI and automations, built together, to help more of your business run itself. Two working sessions per month. You finish every session with something running that wasn't running an hour ago, built simple enough to stay that way.

Your business works.
That's the strange part.
People pay you - students, members, customers, clients. The offer is good. By every measure - from the outside - you've built something that works.
And you cannot step away from it for an afternoon.
Because underneath the business that works, there's no machine. There's you. You are the onboarding, the follow-up, the handoff to your contractor, the reminder that goes out on Thursday. You're the reason it all happens, which means you're also the reason it stops.
So you don't take the walk. You don't take vacations, or even a weekend away. And when you finally do, you spend it checking your phone with your nervous system on high alert.
This isn't a discipline problem. You're not lazy, and you're certainly not short of effort. Your business outgrew its systems, and you've been too busy running it to utilize AI effectively, and to build out the right automations.
And before we finish, it's running.
We get on a Zoom call for up to an hour. Twice a month. We pick one task. Not a list. One.
Not a plan for it. Not homework. Not a recording you'll watch later, or notes you'll get to next week. One task, running in your business, that wasn't running an hour ago.
Then we do it again in two weeks. That's twenty-four tasks in a year, one at a time, each one finished, each one compounding the ROI with time saved and revenue generated.
Two weeks at a time, until it doesn't need you the way it used to.Whatever's eating your week.
Some of it is AI. Some of it isn't.
- The emails you answer over and over, drafted before you sit down
- Client onboarding that runs itself instead of running through you
- Your contractors getting their work without you chasing them
- The report, the roundup, the recap you build by hand every month
- Content repurposed from what you've already made, in your voice
- A process rebuilt so it stops breaking in the same place every time
- The follow-up that only happens when you remember to do it
- And sometimes the answer isn't software at all
One client was losing four hours a week to her contractor's requests landing in three
different places. We didn't build her anything. We agreed one rule and set up one view, and
it gave her two hours a week back. Cost her nothing.
That's the entire focus of our build sessions. Not selling you tools. Working through
your processes and tasks, and implementing fixes - so you can get back to the work you're
brilliant at.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Kim.
I've been helping business owners get online and grow for more than 25 years. I started my own business in 2001, and I've launched 40 courses and 3 membership sites of my own since.
So I know what the back end of a real business looks like when nobody's watching. The half-built automation. The tool you pay for every month and barely use. The process that only works because you're the one running it.
I know the challenges you face, too. Finding the information you need, working out how to implement it in your own business, and feeling overwhelmed by technology that was supposed to make things simpler.
AI runs about 40% of my own business now. Not because I'm a tech person, but because I got tired of being the one holding it all together.
I'm not going to tell you it's easy. You have to be willing to sit in the session and do the work with me. I will tell you that it's worth it, and that you don't have to work it out on your own.
I can't wait to connect with you further,
I build small on purpose.
You've probably been here before. Something got built, it worked for a while, and then it didn't, and you didn't have time to Google a fix or the know-how to figure it out, so it lapsed and became one more thing on your to-do list to get to... someday.
That's not bad luck. It's what happens when someone builds you something with more moving parts than it needed, then leaves.
So I build small. One task, closed-ended, as few moving parts as it can survive with. Not because you couldn't handle more, but because more is what breaks.
I'm going to be straight with you about what that means. I'm not maintaining your systems. I don't log in and check on them. I don't monitor anything. What I do is build it right the first time - with you there, watching - so it doesn't need me, you understand what's been implemented, and I stay reachable if you've got a question about something we built in-between sessions.
Three steps. That's all of it.
Tell me what's eating your week
Short form. What your business is, and the work you keep doing by hand that you wish you didn't have to.
A 20-minute fit call
We work out whether this is right for you, and if it is, we pick what we build first. I'll tell you honestly if it isn't, and what would fit better.
Two sessions a month
Booked into your calendar. First one, we take the task that's costing you most and we build it.
You get me on WhatsApp.
What that's for
Anything we've built together. How do I add to this, why is it doing that, can this handle the new work I'm taking on. Real support by a real human.
What it's not for
This is not a repair service. If somebody else built it and it's now broken, untangling their work isn't what this is for.
It's also not for walking you through building something new on your own. That's what the sessions are for.
What it costs
The three months isn't a lock-in for its own sake. One session doesn't change a business. Six does, and three months is where you can actually see it. After that you stay because it's working, or you don't, and either is fine.
Who this is for, and who it isn't.
This is you
You're a coach, a creator, a consultant. You've been at this a while and it's working. There's real money coming in. There may be a contractor or two, or a VA a few hours a week.
And every system in your business runs through you.
You've tried some of it. Maybe you built a few automations that worked until they didn't. Maybe you've been meaning to start and never got a clear afternoon. Either way, you're not afraid of the tech. You're just never going to get to it, because the revenue and growth required to keep the business running takes priority. You're the bottleneck in your own business.
You want to be able to close the laptop and go for a walk. Because it's your business, and it should be possible.
This isn't, and I'd rather say so
If you're still building the business itself and the revenue isn't steady yet, this is the wrong order. Go build the offer. Come back when it's selling.
If $1,400 a month is a stretch right now, don't. I mean that plainly. A one-off strategy session gets you a plan for a fraction of it, and the community has the tutorials and the workshops for far less again. Both are better uses of your money today, and neither closes the door.
If you want it done entirely for you and never want to see it, that's a project, not this. Feel free to reach out.
Common questions
What if the task we pick is too big for one session?
Then we take a piece of it. You'll still finish the call with something running, just not the whole build. I'd rather you leave with a working piece than a half-finished project you can't use.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Some of my clients build their own automations. Some have never opened ChatGPT or Claude. It changes where we start, not whether it works.
Will it still sound like me?
Yes, and I'll show you how we make sure of it. Anything that writes in your voice gets built from your actual words: your past emails, your posts, how you answer people. If it doesn't sound like you, it isn't finished.
What if something breaks after we build it?
Message me and I'll tell you what's going on. If it's a real fix, we do it in the next session. I build small so this stays rare, but I'm not going to pretend it never happens.
Can I pause?
After the first three months, yes. Tell me before your renewal date and we'll pick it back up when you're ready.
How is this different from hiring a VA?
A VA does the work. I build so the work stops needing doing. Different role, and honestly, plenty of my clients should have both.
Do I have to do the Assessment first?
No. It's useful and it comes off your first month, but you can start without it.
